
This class gently guides you through a full-body practice.
We begin with a few moments of centering and breath awareness to quiet the mind, followed by a slow, mindful warm-up. The practice then moves into a smooth, steady vinyasa flow, linking breath and movement at an unhurried pace. Then we move into balance and strength poses with supportive core work, building stability, followed by deep, nourishing stretches to release tension.
Class ends with a guided meditation and an inspiring quote, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and quietly energized.
Equipment needed: Your yoga mat, a towel, & Optional *yoga blocks & yoga strap*
Registration closes 30 minutes before class, and the Zoom room closes at the scheduled start time to support a calm, distraction-free experience.

This Valentine’s Day, join me for a 60-minute, donation-based yoga class to move, breathe, and give back.
Eighty percent of all proceeds will be split and donated to Feeding America, serving communities nationwide, and Gleaners, serving Metro Detroit—helping provide meals to families in need. The remaining 20% supports basic administrative and platform costs.
We’ll begin with a slow, nourishing flow featuring gentle heart-opening poses and side stretches to create space through the chest and lungs while releasing tension in the back and shoulders. From there, we’ll move into supportive core work to build strength and stability.
Class ends with a Valentine’s Day–inspired meditation focused on gratitude, compassion, and loving-kindness.
This is more than a yoga class—it’s an opportunity to move with purpose and give from the heart. 💗
