Student Testimonials

"️️️️️Exceptional Instruction and Wonderful Energy! I highly recommend taking a class with Kris! Although I was new to yoga, Kris made me feel welcome and demonstrated great patience, offering gentle instruction as I learned the poses. What truly sets Kris apart is her calm, positive energy, genuine passion for teaching, and acceptance of students at all skill levels. The sequences are thoughtful and well-paced, providing the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. I always leave feeling centered, stronger, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly creates a beautiful space for practice, look no further than Kris!"

"COVID hit all of us; for me, it was hard to move on and get back to normal life. I promised myself I’d take care of my health no matter what life brought, so as soon as the fitness center reopened, I started working out. I’ve always loved yoga, so I enrolled in Kris Kramer’s class. It only took a few classes to get to know her and her rhythm. What I love is that her class is not too difficult or too easy — it’s the perfect balance of movement and pause. Every session is different, so there’s no room for boredom. Kris is such a friendly person. In all these years, I’ve never seen her in a bad mood. She’s an amazing yoga instructor, and I truly appreciate and love her. This class is the perfect way to end my Tuesdays & I always look forward to it. It’s not just a yoga class; it’s a resting place for my mind and body."

-Shumi A.

"Kris transforms yoga into a full-body workout that’s both fun and accessible. Each class feels fresh and engaging, with thoughtful variety that keeps things interesting. She’s warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about motivating and inspiring her students."

A little about Kris

Kris Kramer’s (E-RYT 200/YACEP) mission is to help you redefine aging through yoga—so you can feel strong, flexible, and energized at any stage of life. Yoga first entered her life as a way to recover from a sports injury, but it quickly became so much more. It strengthened not just her body, but her mindset, energy, and faith.

With over 19 years of teaching experience, she guides you through online classes that build balance, mobility, and resilience—both on and off the mat. Her approach blends mindful movement and functional strength to help you move well, recover better, and feel your best every day.

To Kris, yoga is more than exercise—it’s a practice that transforms how you live, move, and show up in the world.

Frequently asked questions

If you have an injury, have had recent surgery, or have limited mobility, you should always check with your doctor or healthcare provider first to make sure yoga is safe for you at this time.

When signing up, answer the required question about any injuries, recent surgery, or mobility limitations. This helps me understand how to best support you during class.

If your injury or surgery is recent or still healing, please wait until your doctor has officially cleared you for exercise and yoga.

If you do choose to join, always listen to your body, move mindfully, and stop immediately if something doesn’t feel right. You’re also welcome to schedule a private session for individualized guidance and modifications.

These classes are best suited for students with some basic yoga experience. Modifications are always offered to support different bodies and needs.

If you’re brand new to yoga, I recommend starting with a private 1:1 Zoom session to build a strong foundation and feel confident before joining group classes.

It’s best to practice yoga on a light or empty stomach. A full meal right before class can make twists, folds, and core work uncomfortable. If you need a little something, stick to a small snack 30–60 minutes beforehand—like fruit, nuts, or a light protein bar. As always, listen to your body and do what feels best for your energy and comfort.

It’s easy! Just head over to the Schedule page, pick the class you want, and check out using either a single class or credits from your credit class package.

Registration closes 30 minutes before the start of class. Sign up before then to secure your spot. After registering, you’ll automatically receive your Zoom link by email in time to join comfortably, ready to enjoy your practice.

You can join anytime using the link in your confirmation and reminder emails. It’s best to log in 5–10 minutes early to settle in before class starts. If you join late, you’ll be automatically muted—take a few moments to settle your breath before starting your practice.

Absolutely! If you want to try a single class, you can pay for a drop-in through the Schedule page—no package needed.

You can purchase class packages on the Pricing page. Packages are the best pricing option—they allow you to save money compared to purchasing drop-in classes. Once purchased, the credits will automatically appear in your account and can be used for any class length.

You’ll need a yoga mat and a device to join Zoom, like a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Some classes may suggest optional props, like blocks or a strap, but they’re never required.

No! Zoom is free for participants. You just need the Zoom app or a browser to join the class.
