Slow Flow & Restore-30 Min

We start with a slow, mindful flow to wake up the body and engage the core, move into standing poses to build strength and improve balance, and then take it to the mat for gentle stretches and a mini meditation to calm the mind and restore energy.

Equipment needed: Your yoga mat & optional *yoga blocks.*

Registration closes 30 minutes before class, and the Zoom room closes at the scheduled start time to support a calm, distraction-free experience.

Replays are not included with Zoom live group classes. However, they’ll be available soon when I launch Peaceful Movements Yoga On Demand membership for a minimal monthly fee. Details coming soon!

How it works:

  1. Download Zoom

  2. Sign up for class on the schedule page

  3. Get your link confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 minutes before class starts)

  4. You will be admitted from the *waiting room* at the time of class.

  5. Your video camera can be on or off. All participants will be muted at the start of class. Practice along, stay present, breathe, and enjoy! I will stay for a few minutes after class to answer questions you have regarding your practice.

  6. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in.

• Single class purchase → refunded to your card
• Credit package → your class credit is returned

Cancel within 24 hours
• No refund

About Your Yoga Instructor

Kris Kramer (E-RYT 200/YACEP) is an experienced yoga teacher with nearly 20 years of teaching. Her online classes focus on strength, flexibility, and balance—helping students feel energized, grounded, and resilient both on and off the mat. Designed for all levels, her classes make yoga accessible to anyone looking to move, breathe, and find calm in everyday life. (And occasionally, her dog or cat may wander through to say hello!)
