Donation Class: Giving Hearts in Motion. 💖🧘‍♀️

This Valentine’s Day, join me for a 60-minute, donation-based yoga class to move, breathe, and give back.

Eighty percent of all proceeds will be split and donated to Feeding America, serving communities nationwide, and Gleaners, serving Metro Detroit—helping provide meals to families in need. The remaining 20% supports basic administrative and platform costs.

We’ll begin with a slow, nourishing flow featuring gentle heart-opening poses and side stretches to create space through the chest and lungs while releasing tension in the back and shoulders. From there, we’ll move into supportive core work to build strength and stability.

Class ends with a Valentine’s Day–inspired meditation focused on gratitude, compassion, and loving-kindness.

This is more than a yoga class—it’s an opportunity to move with purpose and give from the heart. 💗

💻 Your comfy home + Zoom (Camera on or off-your choice).

🧘‍♀️All levels are welcome. Modifications are always given.

Price: Donation-based — choose a suggested amount or give what you can.

How it works:

  1. Download Zoom

  2. Sign up for class on the schedule page, or at the top/bottom of this page.

  3. Get your link confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 minutes before class starts).

  4. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. 

  5. You will be admitted from the waiting room at the start of class.

  6. Your video camera can be on or off. 

  7. All participants will be muted at the start of class. Practice along, stay present, breathe, and enjoy! I will stay for a few minutes after class to answer questions you have regarding your practice. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Valentine’s Donation Class
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund to the original card used for payment.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable with no exceptions, as this is a donation-based event.

ABOUT YOUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Kris Kramer (E-RYT 200/YACEP) is an experienced yoga teacher with nearly 20 years of teaching. Her online classes focus on strength, flexibility, and balance—helping students feel energized, grounded, and resilient both on and off the mat. Designed for all levels, her classes make yoga accessible to anyone looking to move, breathe, and find calm in everyday life
