Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in.
You will be admitted from the waiting room at the start of class.
Your video camera can be on or off.
All participants will be muted at the start of class. Practice along, stay present, breathe, and enjoy! I will stay for a few minutes after class to answer questions you have regarding your practice.

Kris Kramer (E-RYT 200/YACEP) is an experienced yoga teacher with nearly 20 years of teaching. Her online classes focus on strength, flexibility, and balance—helping students feel energized, grounded, and resilient both on and off the mat. Designed for all levels, her classes make yoga accessible to anyone looking to move, breathe, and find calm in everyday life (and occasionally her dog or cat may wander through to say hello!).
